📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for our clients and stakeholders using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for our projects, ensuring that we stay on track and within budget.
• Work closely with our project managers and team leaders to ensure that our financial processes are streamlined and efficient.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to our clients and stakeholders, helping them to make informed decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and best practices, ensuring that we are always compliant and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on international projects.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
