As a Field Service Technician, you'll be on the front lines, servicing and repairing coffee machines in various locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance of coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coffee machines to provide effective solutions.
• Assist clients with setup and calibration of new coffee equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines.
• Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of new equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in coffee technology and best practices in equipment servicing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee equipment servicing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial coffee equipment.
• Familiarity with various brands and models of commercial coffee machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in coffee equipment servicing or a related field is a plus.
