As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our logistics solutions. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our clients' shipments are delivered on time, every time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics or pharma industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the pharma industry, including regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
