📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our branches in Canggu, Uluwatu, and Seminyak.
• Assist customers with financial products and services, ensuring they understand and meet their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other financial activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Promote our financial products and services to potential customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
