📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the construction and renovation of Japanese-themed restaurant spaces in Bali.
• Supervise construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and order materials, including wood, stone, and other specialty items.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide support to the project manager in planning and executing construction activities.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or related fields.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in hospitality or themed restaurant settings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
