📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that reordering processes are managed effectively.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure that goods are received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, ensuring that all staff are trained and that the warehouse is a safe working environment.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.,Ensure that all warehouse documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including inventory records, purchase orders, and shipping documents.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that goods are received and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about warehouse operations and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
