📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and writing effective job descriptions.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications and experience.,Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for further rounds.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
