📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel for work if required.
