Quick Diamond Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and contribute to the restaurant's success.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
