In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the hospital meets its supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the hospital.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular audits of the purchasing process to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities, including cost savings and efficiency gains.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
