As a Senior Insurance Compliance & Audit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our insurance operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also be responsible for conducting audits to identify and mitigate risks.

This is a remote position based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or Jimbaran.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related activities and findings.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff on compliance and audit matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address compliance concerns.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance and audit.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.
