📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance appraisals, training, and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct regular HR audits and surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
