📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with production teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.,Address and resolve production issues promptly.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to travel to the office as needed.
