📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers to improve their recruitment processes.,Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
