📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Ensure that all operational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operational team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
