📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents for advertising and media clients
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations
- Providing strategic legal advice to support business operations
- Managing legal matters related to intellectual property and trademarks
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel to resolve legal issues
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all legal activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to advertising and media
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
