PT Akasia Tunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Create and manage technical writing projects, including timelines and deliverables.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and coach junior technical writers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Provide feedback and guidance to engineering teams on technical writing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
