📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquets and events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet halls and event spaces.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.
