📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.,Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across the organization.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
