You'll use tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job portals to identify and attract candidates, and you'll conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking team members to ensure smooth communication and cultural integration for new hires.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job portals.
• Conduct initial assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts.
• Partner with Mandarin-speaking team members to facilitate smooth communication and cultural integration for new hires.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
