Freelance Recruiter - Retail & Hospitality Staffing (Bali-Based)

JAJAN POKOK INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruiter to join our team in Bali’s vibrant hospitality and retail scene. As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented individuals to meet the diverse needs of our clients across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment to source and attract top talent for various positions within the retail and hospitality sectors. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure they meet the specific requirements of our clients.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers.
• Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process and progress.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Bali’s job market and understanding of local industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
