📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs for members
• Provide expert advice on nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress
• Promote and sell memberships and fitness services
• Manage and maintain fitness equipment
• Assist with class scheduling and instructor coordination
• Provide excellent customer service to members
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field
• Certification from a recognized fitness institution (e.g., ACE, NASM, or ACSM)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness consulting or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using fitness management software (e.g., Mindbody, Lifetrak, or similar)
• Knowledge of health and wellness trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
