📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgeting.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial transactions.,Participate in financial meetings and provide input as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a property or related industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management software is a plus.
