📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
