📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
