In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of our projects by conducting inspections, tests, and assessments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks and inspections on construction materials and workmanship.,Prepare and maintain quality control documents and records.,Identify and report defects or non-conformities to the project manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to address quality issues.,Participate in project meetings and provide quality-related updates.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or construction inspection.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
