📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and issue.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor and material costs.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
