📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform wirebonding operations to connect semiconductor chips to their packages.,Inspect and test wirebonded devices to ensure quality and functionality.,Maintain and calibrate wirebonding equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the wirebonding process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and product quality.,Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures on wirebonding equipment.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.,Document and report on wirebonding process performance and quality metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in wirebonding technology.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Familiarity with wirebonding machines and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English is required.
