📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and customizations,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions,Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions,Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on ServiceNow best practices,Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems,Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance to ensure high availability and reliability,Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to provide innovative solutions to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or similar role,Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or similar relevant certification,Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components,Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
