📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the overall success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
