Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are well-trained and motivated.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the bakery is a safe and pleasant place to work.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring that the bakery has the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Ensure that the bakery meets all quality standards and regulations, and that products are consistently delicious and fresh.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
