📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and services to clients, ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Stay up-to-date with changes in Australian tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as necessary.,Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service and building strong professional relationships.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, providing recommendations for tax planning and optimization.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management.,Assist in the recruitment and training of junior staff.,Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures within the firm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Australian tax accounting, with a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations.,Professional qualification in tax accounting, such as Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).,Strong knowledge of tax software and systems, such as MYOB or Xero.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
