Puskesmas Cahya Shop is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer behavior.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
