📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of company facilities.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and facilities.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites.
