📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying, vouching, and onboarding new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for various client campaigns.
• Manage and monitor influencer performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create and schedule engaging content for KOLs using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating campaign reports and presentations to showcase KOL performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Support the KOL Officer in managing day-to-day tasks and client communications.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
