📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages in accordance with guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with chefs and other service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, following all health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and beverage service.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other hospitality software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
