📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.
• Manage inventory levels, order processing, and warehouse operations using SAP and other logistics software.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the distribution process.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or distribution industry.
• Proven experience in managing distribution centers, including inventory control, order processing, and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, TMS, or WMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant quality management programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the logistics industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
