📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.,Develop and maintain learning materials, including handouts, presentations, and training manuals.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees to improve training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational learning and development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
