📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to sales teams.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned area.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
