📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the acquisition of permits and licenses for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with permits and licenses.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation, including site plans, structural drawings, and environmental impact assessments.
• Stay updated with changes in construction regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on regulatory matters.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of permits and licenses for all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in permit and licensing management for construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and licensing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
